Medium-to-small anchovy fillets preserved in olive oil, made from selected anchovies hand-filleted after correct maturation under salt. Designed for hospitality use, they are suited to enhancing the flavour of antipasti, pizzas, sauces, pasta dishes, sides and main courses.
