Frozen grilled aubergine slices produced by Orogel from Italian-grown vegetables. The lengthwise slices, 6-10 mm thick, carry the typical grill markings and a tender texture, ready to heat in professional kitchens.

- Cooking: fan oven preheated to 170°C; spread the still-frozen product on a tray with a drizzle of oil and cook for 6 minutes
