The whole individual portions, with a natural dark green colour and a tender, non-fibrous texture, are ready to cook for sides, first courses and fillings in professional kitchens.

- Cooking: steam oven at 98°C for 12 minutes; in a non-stick pan with extra virgin olive oil and a lid for 12-13 minutes; in salted boiling water for 7 minutes, then drain and gently squeeze. To be consumed after cooking
