Portioned frozen chicory from the Foglia Più line by Orogel Food Service, grown in Italy following the principles of integrated production. The whole, individual leaf portions have a tender texture and natural green colour, ready to cook for side dishes and mains in professional kitchens.

- Cooking: steam oven at 98°C for 8 minutes; in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and lid for 15 minutes; in salted boiling water for 8 minutes. To be consumed after cooking
- Storage: keep frozen; best before 24 months
- Allergens: no allergen present as an ingredient (possible traces due to shared production site)

Ideal as a side sautéed with garlic and oil, or pan-tossed to accompany meat and sausage mains. Also suggested for savoury tarts, frittatas and fillings in traditional cuisine. Once cooked, squeeze gently before use.
