Portioned frozen baby chard leaf under the Orogel Food Service brand, grown in Italy following the principles of integrated production. The leaves are whole and individual, of a natural dark green colour with a tender texture, ready to cook for sides and fillings in foodservice kitchens.

- Main ingredients: baby chard
- Cooking: steam oven at 98 °C for 8 minutes; in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a lid for 12 minutes; in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Squeeze gently after cooking. To be consumed after cooking.

Ideal as a side sautéed with oil and garlic, or as a base for savoury tarts, fresh pasta fillings, omelettes and bakes. In the Emilian tradition it is suggested alongside meat or fish mains. The portioned bag makes dosing in the kitchen easy with no waste.
