Frozen friarielli by Orogel Food Service, a ready gastronomic preparation made with friarielli (92%) seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, salt and garlic. A classic of the Campania tradition, ready to cook and ideal as a side dish or ingredient across Ho.Re.Ca. menus.

Pairs well with sausage and provola in the Neapolitan tradition, and works well as a side for meat mains or as a topping for pizzas and filled rolls. Also suggested on toasted crostini and bruschetta or to enrich first courses on trattoria menus, with a guide portion of 100-150 g per diner.
