Italian-made "Tipo Milano" salami, produced from finely minced pork, mixed with salt and spices, filled into casing and seasoned. Uniform characteristic red colour and a strong flavour, ideal for sharing boards and antipasti in Ho.Re.Ca. settings.
- Format: vacuum-packed sausage, 95 mm diameter, 450 mm length; variable weight, approximately 3.2 kg (±2%). Carton of 5 pieces.
- Sold as: sold in packs of 3 pieces.
- Main ingredients: pork meat, salt, dextrose, natural flavourings, flavourings, spices. Antioxidants: E301, E300. Preservatives: E250, E252. Non-edible casing.
- Storage: from +1°C to +4°C (if vacuum-packed). Shelf life 150 days from the date of packaging.
- Allergens: contains no allergens listed in Annex II of Reg. EU 1169/2011; does not contain milk derivatives or gluten.
- Origin: Salumificio Bombieri S.p.A., Buttapietra (Verona), Italy. Raw materials sourced from European Community countries.
Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia and aged cheeses, or served on a mixed charcuterie board with pickles and a glass of red wine. Slice thinly as a classic Italian antipasto, or use to fill paninis and gourmet pizzas. Also works well for aperitifs and banqueting buffets.
