Frozen vegetarian burger made with mixed grilled vegetables and scamorza, from Orogel Food Service. Built on 54% grilled vegetables (courgette, aubergine, pepper) plus smoked scamorza, it is a ready-to-cook option ideal for buns, main courses and street-food offers across hospitality.

  • Format: 1 kg bag, case of 4 bags (4 kg); pieces of about 125 g, diameter 100-110 mm, thickness 15-17 mm

  • Main ingredients: grilled vegetables 54% (courgette, aubergine, pepper), sunflower seed oil, potato flakes, egg white, breadcrumbs, smoked scamorza 2.7%, Grana Padano, tomato, red onion, carrot fibre, oregano, garlic, chilli
  • Cooking: fan oven at 190°C for 9 minutes; deep-fryer at 160°C for 5 minutes; griddle at 240°C for 8 minutes. To be consumed after cooking
