Frozen edamame soybeans by Orogel Food Service, grown in Italy and certified non-GMO. The beans are individually frozen to preserve their firm texture and natural light-green colour, ready for Asian-style starters and side dishes.

- Main ingredients: edamame soya
- Cooking: steam oven at 98°C for 3 minutes; in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and 3 tablespoons of water, covered, 6 minutes over moderate heat; or in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. To be consumed after cooking.
