Leavened baked mini croissant with a custard filling, a frozen pastry to bake fresh on demand. The single-portion size is ideal for hotel breakfast buffets, coffee shop and pastry counters, and as a sweet petit four to close a meal.

- Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour, vegetable margarine, custard filling (with EGG YOLK and skimmed MILK powder), glaze
- Cooking: arrange the croissants spaced apart on a tray, preheat the oven to 170/175°C, bake from frozen for about 20/25 minutes
- Storage: store at a temperature no higher than -18°C; shelf life 12 months
- Allergens: GLUTEN (wheat), EGG, SOYA, MILK; may contain traces of SOYA, MUSTARD, PEANUTS and NUTS
