Seafood salad in brine, a food preparation based on cooked and marinated fish products. It combines molluscs and crustaceans in a ready-to-eat mix, designed for the quick service of cold starters and seafood dishes in hospitality.

- Main ingredients: cooked and marinated molluscs (giant Pacific squid, Mexican octopus, Indo-Pacific cuttlefish and octopus) and crustaceans (tropical prawns); water, salt, wine vinegar, sugar, acidity regulator E330, preservatives E211, E202, E223
- Storage: keep between 0°C and +4°C; after opening consume within 4 days keeping the product below the covering liquid
- Allergens: crustaceans, molluscs, sulphites (E223)

The product is ready to eat: rinse under running water before dressing with oil, lemon and parsley. Ideal as a cold starter for buffets and seafood sharing platters, or as a base for seafood salads, bruschetta and first courses such as spaghetti or risotto allo scoglio.
