Small gilthead sea bream fillet with a delicate flavour and a soft, non-stringy texture, cooked sous-vide at low temperature in a vacuum pack with extra virgin olive oil and salt. The fresh fillet is boned and deboned, ready to use for the most varied pairings in foodservice.
