Single-portion chocolate cake with a liquid core, produced by Martinucci in Puglia. Frozen and ready in seconds in the microwave, it is designed as a plated dessert for hospitality and end-of-meal menus.

- Cooking: place the frozen product in the microwave at 600W for 60 seconds; if defrosted, 30 seconds
- Storage: store at -18°C for 18 months from date of manufacture; once defrosted store at +4°C for 1-2 days and do not refreeze
