High-range Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from Varvello, born in the heart of the Modena district from a masterful mix of wine vinegar and cooked grape-must from selected Sangiovese and Lambrusco grape varieties. Aged in barriques and oak casks, it has a dark reddish brown colour, high density and a balanced bittersweet flavour.
