Ubriaco al Raboso is a traditional Venetian "drunken" cheese, matured in contact with Raboso grape pomace and wine that shape its rind and aromatic character. It is a firm-paste cheese, well suited to sharing boards and the deli counter in Ho.Re.Ca. service.
