Spicy Ventricina in a vacuum-packed format, a cured meat made from minced pork blended with bacon, salted and stuffed into synthetic casing, then matured in dedicated curing rooms. Deep, uniform red colour with a spicy, pleasantly spiced flavour, ideal for sharing boards and antipasti in Italian hospitality.
