INTRIKO is a fried, frozen sweet pastry, marbled with cocoa (1%) and filled (29%) with hazelnut cream (10%). Ready after a simple defrosting, it is designed for pastry displays, coffee shops and hotel breakfast buffets.
- Format: case of 2.1 kg, 30 pieces of about 70 g each (16 cm long)
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: wheat flour, water, sugar, high-oleic sunflower oil, margarine, eggs, cocoa, hazelnut cream filling (sugar, vegetable oils, hazelnuts 10%, low-fat cocoa, milk)
- Preparation: defrost at room temperature for at least 3 hours inside a closed display cabinet; once thawed, keep at room temperature for a maximum of 12 hours
- Storage: at -18°C; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk (lactose), soy, nuts (hazelnuts); may contain pistachio
