Friggitello peppers wrapped in a soft, delicate batter, made entirely by hand and pre-fried. A frozen vegetable fritter ready to regenerate, ideal as a starter, mixed fry or finger food in hospitality service.

  • Main ingredients: friggitello peppers 35%, batter (water, soft wheat flour type 00, durum wheat semolina, corn starch, salt, potato flakes, brewer's yeast), sunflower seed oil
  • Cooking: deep-fry in plenty of oil at 175°C for about 3 minutes; in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes, turning halfway; in an air fryer, still frozen, at 200°C for about 6 minutes
  • Storage: 24 months at -18°C; do not refreeze once thawed and consume within 24 hours
  • Allergens: contains gluten; may contain crustaceans, milk and milk products, soy and mustard
