Soft wheat "00" flour from the Caputo range, produced in Italy at the Antico Mulino Antimo Caputo in Naples. Made from a blend of low-protein grains using slow, gentle milling, it is a 100% natural product designed for pastry work: shortcrust, biscuits, cake bases, sponge cake, cupcakes and whipped batters.
