Trio of battered vegetables made from a mix of courgette sticks, cauliflower florets and artichoke wedges, coated in a soft, delicate batter prepared in an artisanal way. A practical frozen part-prepared item, ideal as a fried starter or finger food in hospitality.
- Format: 5 bags of 1 kg
- Sold as: sold by the case of 5 bags
- Main ingredients: vegetables in variable proportions 57% (cauliflower, courgette, artichoke), batter (water, type 00 soft wheat flour, re-milled durum wheat semolina, maize starch, salt, potato flakes, brewer's yeast), sunflower seed oil
- Cooking: deep-fry at 175°C for about 3 minutes; in the oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes, turning halfway; in an air fryer, still frozen, at 200°C for about 6 minutes
- Storage: -18°C, 24 months. Do not refreeze once thawed and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: contains gluten; may contain crustaceans, milk and milk products, soya and mustard
Ideal as a hot starter or aperitivo nibble, served with light yoghurt-based dips, mayonnaise or sweet-and-sour sauces. Works well in a mixed vegetable fritto or as a crisp side for fish and meat dishes, on buffets and finger food menus.
