Chicken breast strips (54%) coated in a medium-coarse, orange-coloured breadcrumb crust, produced in Spain. Supplied frozen and ready to fry or bake, they are ideal as a snack or finger food for fast Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: chicken breast (54%), batter (maize, sugar, salt), water, sunflower oil, WHEAT breadcrumbs, WHEAT, rice and maize flour
- Cooking: deep-fry or pan-fry in hot oil at 175°C for 3 minutes until golden; or bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway
- Storage: in the fridge 24 hours; in the freezer at -18°C for up to 18 months
- Allergens: contains gluten; may contain traces of SOYA and MUSTARD
