Pre-fried, frozen mignon rice arancini made with rice, tomato pulp, mozzarella and other milk derivatives. Their small size and rounded shape make them ideal for finger food service and the Italian aperitivo in hospitality settings.
- Format: 5 kg case containing 2 bags of 2.5 kg (approximately 200 pieces of 20/25 g)
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: rice, water, breadcrumbs, tomato pulp, mozzarella (milk, rennet, salt), grated cheese, butter, sunflower seed oil, onion, stock, salt
- Cooking: cook from frozen without defrosting, in a fan oven at 150°C for 10 minutes or in the microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes
- Storage: -18°C; best before 12 months. Once defrosted do not refreeze; consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: milk and milk products, cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of eggs, nuts, celery
